Celebrate the arrival of spring with our limited-edition Asparagus Tasting Menu, a refined four-course experience showcasing the very best of the season’s most prized ingredient.

Begin with a silky green asparagus velouté paired with smoked eel, followed by warm green asparagus with Clarence Court egg, wild garlic hollandaise and Ossau-Iraty. For the main course, enjoy steamed Corsican stone bass complemented by white asparagus, fish velouté and finger lime. To finish, a playful white asparagus crème brûlée served with madeleines.
