Our weekend set menu is just £40 for three courses, with dishes like Buffalo burrata with Rhône heritage tomatoes & basil pesto. Pan-fried sea bream with parsnip purée & velouté. Or, Vanilla-poached pineapple with passion fruit espuma & mango sorbet.
